It has thousands of miles of coastline, forests, ancient mountains, delightful small villages, friendly people, and rich folklore and music. The island of Newfoundland , and the mainland frontier region of Labrador make up the largest entity of Atlantic Canada. It is a very different place for bicycle touring.
